Echo Tempo Sync & Feedback Improvements
• Added bundled PDF user guide
• Tempo sync now works properly on echo programs (C, D, E, F) — echo repeats are locked to the beat
• Pre-delay display shows note divisions (1/32 through 1/1) when tempo sync is active on echo programs
• Tempo sync button is now disabled on reverb programs where it doesn't apply
• Echo feedback can now reach self-oscillation at high decay settings for infinite sustain effects
• Added a limiter in the feedback path with a smoothing envelope to prevent clipping during sustained feedback
