Effective Date: January 2026
Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or purchasing and using our software products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or products.
License Grant
Upon purchase, Temecula DSP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software products subject to the following terms:
• You may install and use the software on any computers you own or control
• The license is for your personal or professional music production use
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license with others
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Ownership
The software and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Temecula DSP. Your purchase grants you a license to use the software, not ownership of the software itself. Any audio content you create using our software is entirely yours.
Payment and Refunds
All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider. Due to the digital nature of our products:
• All sales are final once the license has been delivered
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues we cannot resolve
• Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you experience issues
Software Updates
Your license includes access to updates for the major version you purchased. We may release bug fixes, improvements, and new features at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide updates indefinitely or to maintain compatibility with all operating systems or host applications.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems. We make no guarantees regarding the results you may achieve using our software.

Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
• Use our website or software for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any license protection mechanisms
• Share, distribute, or publicly post your license file
• Use automated systems to access our website in a manner that could damage it
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our software and destroy any copies in your possession.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
